CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY I truly appreciate your support and understand that life happens! To respect everyone's time, please review the following policy before booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do so by calling/texting us at 734-649-7639 or emailing us at aceyourface777@gmail.com LATE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service total. NO-SHOWS: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. The full service fee still applies. EXCEPTIONS: I understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to work with you. <333 xx
